Payments are processed primarily through PayPal, including supported card-payment functionality.
Price and payment obligation must be shown clearly before the order is placed.
Creation is free; publication is paid. Current standard: €1 / CHF1 / USD1 or local equivalent unless otherwise displayed.
A valid voluntary Applause is not automatically refundable merely because the user later changes their mind. Refunds may be appropriate for unauthorized, duplicate, technical-error, fraudulent or legally mandatory cases.
Where Applause is the contractual condition for immediate digital access, digital-content/service consumer rules may apply. Private status does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Where applicable, the checkout should obtain the consumer’s express request for immediate performance/access before expiry of the withdrawal period and the acknowledgement required by law. Such controls should not be preselected where affirmative action is required.
If paid access fails technically, the service may restore access, restore MCN, refund or provide another legally appropriate remedy.
Purchased MCN are subject to the separate MCN Terms. There is no blanket no-refund rule that overrides mandatory law.
Direct consumer sales of physical products require separate seller, shipping, return, withdrawal and warranty terms.
Unauthorized or duplicate charges should be reported promptly and may be corrected.
Eligible revenue balances may be withdrawn from €10 or equivalent. Valid requests are normally processed internally within 72 hours, subject to security, legal and payment-provider delays.
Transaction/accounting records may be retained up to 10 years where legally required.
