This Policy applies to Public, Gated and Private & Confidential Content. Private status does not legalize otherwise unlawful content.
Illegal content, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment, credible threats, stalking, doxxing, unlawful privacy violations, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual exploitation, grooming, unlawful hate content, terrorism-related illegal content, unlawful trade in weapons/drugs/stolen/counterfeit goods, and IP infringement are prohibited.
Child sexual exploitation and child endangerment are strictly prohibited. Kids ID or similar functions must not expose unnecessary child personal data.
Users must hold necessary rights. Public internet availability does not mean public domain. Subject of Applause status does not create ownership or consent.
A preview/title/description must not materially mislead users about paid Reveal content. Deliberate bait-and-switch, empty reveals or deceptive repeat charging are prohibited.
Artificial Applause, votes, quiz participation, scans, leads, clicks or referral attribution using bots, fake accounts, collusion, self-funding or other manipulation is prohibited.
Cookie stuffing, click injection, forced redirects, referral hijacking and deceptive affiliate marketing are prohibited.
Unauthorized access, credential theft, account takeover, access-control bypass, malware, DoS, reverse-engineering outside legal exceptions and fee circumvention are prohibited.
Users may not promise guaranteed earnings. It may be stated accurately that Alpha Brands does not normally require external follower/view thresholds for its own monetization, but that is not an earnings guarantee.
Report categories should include Illegal Content, Copyright/IP, Privacy/Personal Information, Image/Personality Rights, Impersonation, Harassment/Threat, Child Safety, Fraud/Scam and Other.
Alpha Brands may remove/restrict content, unpublish, disable Magic Codes or shortlinks, suspend monetization, place payout holds, suspend or terminate accounts where justified.
Reported Private Content may be accessed only to the extent necessary by authorized personnel for safety, abuse, rights or legal review.
