Magic Coins (MCN) Terms

Version 1.0 — September 2026
Applies to applause.website, aplaud.me, magic-code.net and related services operated by Alpha Brands & Assets AG.

Important: This publication package is designed for deployment, but certain regulatory, tax, payment, cookie/vendor and implementation items listed in the Pre-Publication Register must still be completed before final launch.

Definition

Magic Coins (MCN) are closed-loop digital platform units / internal accounting units for use within Alpha Brands services.

Reference

Standard reference: 1 MCN = €0.01. Recommended UI: “1,000 MCN — reference value for platform transactions: €10.00.”

Not financial instruments

Under the current architecture MCN are not intended as legal tender, cryptocurrency, security, investment, bank deposit or interest-bearing product.

Closed loop

No unrestricted peer-to-peer transfer, external wallet, external exchange/trading or general consumer cash redemption is provided under the current model.

Consumer flow

Money → purchase MCN → MCN Balance → eligible platform activity.

Creator flow

Eligible activity → revenue-share calculation → separate fiat Creator Balance → Withdrawal Request → fiat Payout.

No MCN transfer to creator

The creator does not receive the payer’s MCN units. Example: 500 MCN has a €5 reference; under an 85/15 split, Creator fiat revenue is €4.25 and Platform Share €0.75.

Purchased vs promotional

Purchased MCN should not be casually or arbitrarily expired. Promotional/free MCN may have disclosed restrictions or expiry.

Refund/corrections

Purchased MCN transactions may be corrected for technical error, unauthorized or duplicate transactions and mandatory consumer-law remedies.

Account closure

Purchased unused MCN must be addressed fairly on account closure and should not be automatically forfeited without legal analysis.

Future changes

Introducing unrestricted P2P, external wallets, exchange, general cash redemption, floating pricing, yield or credit would require new financial-regulatory, payment, tax and consumer review.

Private content

MCN or Applause alone does not authorize Private Content access; recipient authorization remains separately required.
