Creator, Event Owner, Subject of Applause, Content Owner, Content Host and Revenue Recipient are distinct roles and may be held by different persons.
Creators may use Alpha Brands monetization without satisfying external-platform follower/view/click thresholds, subject to the Terms and legal eligibility.
No income, audience size, conversion rate or payout amount is guaranteed.
Standard Magic Applause split: 85% Creator / 15% Platform.
Standard Benefit Partner configuration: 90% Event Owner pool / 10% Platform. Any Benefit Partner allocation comes out of the Event Owner’s 90% pool.
Vote and Quiz standard reference: 70% Owner/Partner / 30% Platform. Brands/Shopping may use €1 Qualified Lead and 70/30 by default, subject to campaign-specific terms.
The rate shown for a transaction applies to that transaction. Later rate changes are prospective, except corrections for refunds, fraud, chargebacks or error.
Standard Affiliate commissions are funded from Alpha Brands’ Platform Share unless expressly stated otherwise.
Revenue may be Pending, Approved, Available, Processing, Paid, Rejected, Cancelled, Refunded or Reversed.
Minimum standard withdrawal is €10 or equivalent. Payout may be via PayPal or bank transfer where supported. Alpha Brands normally processes a valid request within 72 hours; receipt time is not guaranteed.
Payout may be held for fraud, disputes, sanctions, security or legal reasons. Revenue may be reversed if the underlying transaction is refunded, charged back, fraudulent or invalid.
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations except where Alpha Brands has mandatory reporting, withholding or other legal duties.
Creators must hold the rights needed for uploads, previews, commercial association and monetization. External linking alone does not prove those rights.
Private & Confidential Content may use Applause before Reveal, but access must remain recipient-authorized. Reveal does not transfer IP rights.
Creator status does not create employment, agency, partnership or exclusivity.
