If paid access fails technically, the service poate restore access, restore MCN, refund or provide another legally appropriate remedy.
Purchased MCN are subject to the separate MCN Terms. There is no blanket no-refund rule that overrides mandatory law.
Direct consumer sales of physical products require separate seller, shipping, return, withdrawal and warranty terms.

Eligible revenue balances poate be withdrawn from €10 or equivalent. Valid requests are normally processed internally within 72 hours, subject to security, legal and plată-provider delays.
Transaction/conting records poate be retained up to 10 years where legally required.
