Magic Code is a digital identification and access mechanism that poate point to an event, product, information, service, preview or underlying conținut.
Magic Code/shortlink, Preview Layer and Underlying Content are separate technical and legal layers.
Supported source states poate include External Link, Upload, External Link + own Preview, and Supported External Embed.
External conținut poate remain hosted by a third party. Utilizatorul is responsible for lawful linking, commercial association and preview use. Alpha Brands nu automatically become owner/licensor/publisher of the underlying material.
Utilizatorii retain existing drepturi in uploads and grant Alpha Brands a limited technical license needed to store, transmit, display, format, resize and generate technical copies/previews.
A stored third-party preview poate itself require drepturi. The fact that an image is used as a thumbnail nu automatically make the use lawful.
Content Owner, Content Host, Event Owner, Subject of Applause and Revenue Recipient poate differ.
Supported states: Public, Applause to Reveal / Gated, Private & Confidential.
Conținut Privat și Confidențial requires actual recipient-level access control for one or a finite selected group. A hidden link alone is insufficient. Forwarding a private link nu automatically authorize the recipient.
Creation poate be free. Public publication currently costs €1 / CHF1 / USD1 or local equivalent unless otherwise shown. Unpublishing later nu automatically refund the Publication Fee.
Physical stickers/labels are tangible products separate from the digital service and poate be sold by Alpha Brands or independent retailers under separate sales terms.
Scan/access events poate generate technical analytics and security logs. Scanning nu constitute marketing consent. Scan success is not guaranteed across every device, print quality, lighting, browser or network condition.
Car ID, Bike ID, Pet ID, Kids ID and Safe ID poate be supported. They nu replace police, medical, emergency or official identification systems. Utilizatorii are responsible for accuracy and lawful disclosure of third-party/sensitive data.
Anonymous contact poate limit what the communicating parties see about one another, but it nu promise absolute technical anonymity from Alpha Brands where technical/security data trebuie să be processed.
Codes, shortlinks, previews or hosted conținut poate be restricted or disabled for law, security, abuse, fraud, drepturi complaints or cont closure.
Any marketing reference to ‘lifetime’ is subject to the precise product offer, cont standing, law, service availability and technical evolution and is not an unconditional perpetual infrastructure guarantee unless expressly contracted.
