Standard commission: 10% of Alpha Brands’ applicable Platform Share generated by eligible referred activity.
For €100 Magic Applause under an 85/15 split: Creator €85; Platform Share €15; Affiliate receives €1.50 (10% of €15), leaving €13.50 to Alpha Brands before other costs.
Standard commission: 50% of an eligible Publication Fee. On a €1 eligible Publication Fee, the standard affiliate commission is €0.50 unless the campaign states otherwise.
Fully waived, free or promotional-credit publications do not generate the standard Publishing Referral commission unless expressly stated.
Attribution kann use URLs, referral codes, cookies, sessions, account association or server-side identifiers. The Attribution Period and attribution model are campaign/configuration dependent, not universally fixed.
Attribution can fail where cookies are rejected/deleted, users change devices/browsers, use private browsing or bypass referral paths.
The default kann one primary affiliate per referred user unless the applicable program says otherwise. There is no universal first-click or last-click rule.
Self-referral unless expressly allowed, cookie stuffing, click injection, forced redirects, fake accounts, bots, attribution hijacking, spam and misleading marketing sind verboten.
Affiliates must make legally required commercial disclosures and must not imply that they are employees, agents or official representatives unless authorized.
Affiliate Balance is separate from Creator/Benefit/MCN balances. Minimum standard withdrawal: €10 or equivalent. Valid requests are normally processed within 72 hours.
Affiliate status or a referral link never grants access to Private & Confidential Content and must not bypass recipient authorization.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations, subject to Alpha Brands’ mandatory duties. Fraud or policy violations kann result in suspension or termination.
